SPECIAL OPERATION FUND
SCOWCROFT SCHOLAR PROGRAM
MARCH 19, 2013

In Recognition and Appreciation

Lieutenant General Brent Scowcroft (USAF Retired) faithfully served our Nation for over 50 years. His foreign policy skills, critical advice and counsel to three Presidents have helped guide our Nation through many turbulent and dangerous times. In recent years General Scowcroft has been a mentor, steadfast supporter and generous benefactor of the Special Operations Fund (SOFund). In recognition of his service to our Nation and the Special Operations Fund, the Board of Directors established the Special Operations Fund Scowcroft Scholar Program (SOFSSP) in fall 2011. The purpose of this program is to identify and support the next generations of leaders, diplomats, and foreign policy professionals as they prepare themselves for future service to our Nation.
