Update on 2010 Formal

2010 Night Stalker Formal will now be held at the Nashville Convention
Center. 

The Renaissance Marriott Hotel (attached to the Nashville Convention
Center) has welcomed our business and looks forward to accommodating you
with hotel reservations.

Simply cut and paste the link below and include with your electronic
correspondence to facilitate the reservation process. You will be
directed to the hotel's home page with the Group Code already entered in
the appropriate field. All you need to do is enter your arrival date to
begin the reservation process.

You may also call 1-800-327-6618. Please make sure you ask for the group
under the name "160th FORMAL" in order to get the contracted group rate:
Single/Double Occupancy: $119.00 (tax not included).  There are no
resort fees!

All available rooms at the Renaissance Marriott have been held under the
"160th FORMAL" group.  Please make sure you ask for this group name when
making your reservations.

Once the Renaissance Marriott sells out, you will be directed to one of
the following Hotels (whose rooms will all be held under the "160th
FORMAL" group:
        Sheraton Downtown
        Doubletree

Both of these hotels are within walking distance to the Convention
Center and will honor the Government Rate agreed upon.
